Sheep Project Batch 2 - Uganda Package
1. Investment Structure
1.1. Each share is priced at USD $250 (Two Hundred Fifty US Dollars).
1.2. An investor may purchase multiple shares.
1.3. Once an investment is confirmed, it is non-refundable until the project period concludes.
1.4. All payments must be completed through available payment methods as provided by The African Dream. Only USD currency is supported.
2. Project Duration and Returns
2.1. The project duration for this batch is 10 (ten) months.
Project Start: December 15, 2025
Project Conclusion: October 15, 2026
Profit Return Date: November 2026
We are committed to transparent and timely returns.
2.2. Returns commence after the project concludes and sheep are sold.
2.3. Profits or losses are distributed among investors in this batch based on average calculations per batch.
2.4. No fixed, guaranteed, or predetermined profit is provided.
3. Risk Disclosure
3.1. Losses resulting from sheep death or disease are distributed across all investors in the batch.
3.2. Project expenses may increase due to natural disasters, disease, feed price increases, or other external factors.
3.3. The African Dream does not guarantee any specific profit returns.
4. Investor Responsibilities
4.1. The investor must provide accurate personal identification, contact information, and other relevant details.
4.2. The organization assumes no responsibility for unverified or incorrectly processed payments.
5. Legal and Financial Declaration
5.1. This project is not a financial product of any bank or licensed financial institution.
5.2. This is a partnership-based agricultural investment initiative where both profit and loss risks exist.
5.3. Applicable taxes may be deducted from earned profits according to current tax policies.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. In case of any questions, disputes, or confusion, the decision of The African Dream Management shall be considered final.

7. Amendment Clause
The African Dream reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these investment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to investors through the website or app.
